Refund requests must be directed to the app store through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

6. Subscriptions

Some of our Services may offer subscription-based access to premium features or content. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods

Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Playcoco or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. User Content

If our Services allow you to submit, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYCOCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
